These services are designed for athletes and adults who want measurable insight into performance, readiness, and physical function.

Counselling & Mental Health

We offer licensed clinical counselling for individuals, couples, and families. Our work supports concerns such as stress, anxiety, life transitions, identity, and emotional health. Counselling services are not sport-based, not performance-driven, and do not require any athletic framing.
